At A. Simmonds, we hope your precious jewellery and valuables stay safe at all times, but we also recommend they are fully insured should they be lost or stolen. For this, you may need a professional valuation.

Our expert jewellers can appraise your items and provide a written valuation to be used for insurance purposes. This document will contain a photograph and full description, along with the valuation and confirmation of how the value has been determined.

Unlike other jewellers who charge a percentage of the item’s value, we instead charge an affordable fixed fee for each valuation, starting from £65. This service can usually be completed in 7 to 10 days.
